Watch the customer video below with your Service Advisor. Help them understand what Jennifer’s needs are.
Help them prepare to give a 5-minute compelling VIDEO presentation (maximum 1GB), leveraging all the available tools including MiCar (or your dealership’s Customer Experience Management platform), the training materials found on Go Far Academy, and the Triple Diamond Service Experience (TDSE) Resource Guide.
Position the Semi-Final stage of the competition as an opportunity for your Service Advisor to hone their video presentation skills, to demonstrate their customer handling skills, and to display their knowledge of the service requirements needed to ensure the safe and long-term operation of their customer’s vehicles.
Ensure your Service Advisor has reviewed their 2023 Full Circle Competition website and briefly review the final two stages of the competition, the competition format, the rules and the awards.
Ensure an Outlander PHEV is available for them to conduct their walkaround, and help to prepare your service bay to facilitate a high-quality video submission (i.e. proper lighting, sound, cleanliness, etc.).
Note: To ensure fairness and consistency in the judging process, all competitors will be responding to Jennifer’s concerns. The panel of judges will evaluate each participant’s video submission using scoring criteria provided by MMSCAN and will determine the Semi-Final winner to represent your Region at the National Finals.

Consider the following Best Practices when coaching your Service Advisors through their video presentations:
Ensure your Service Advisor’s presentation will set Jennifer’s mind at ease by explaining what they believe is happening with her Outlander PHEV. By offering a transparent and comprehensive explanation, it will show her that your Service Advisor is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and that they have her best interests at heart.
Encourage your Service Advisor to review all the available resources on Go Far Academy and the Triple Diamond Service Experience (TDSE) Resource Guide. It’s also good practice to always check the Super Screen for every customer intake.
Allocate time and encourage your Service Advisor to practice with a colleague, and ensure they are ready to not only address Jennifer’s concerns, but are prepared to “right sell” any parts and labour needed for the safe and long-term operation of her vehicle.
Encourage your Service Advisor to create a script and a shot list. A script will help keep them on point and a shot list will help them down the road if they are editing their video.
Pump up the excitement for the 2023 Full Circle Competition! Encourage participation and engagement by reviewing the awards your Service Advisor will be competing for as well as any individual category awards your dealership will offer.
Your Service Advisor will be required to submit a video for the semi-finals via the contest entry page linked below.
