In order to ensure we continue to grow our business and offer an unparalleled customer experience, it is important that we put the needs of our customers first – the Full Circle Competition has been designed to identify and award our top-performing Sales Consultants and Service Advisors. You will be required to review and score each sales and service presentation from your territory, according to the scoring criteria provided.

New for 2023!

District Operations Managers can win a $500 gift card – providing scorecards are submitted for 80% of all eligible Sales Consultants and Service Advisors from every dealership in the territory during Stage 1 of the Competition.

Stages Of The Competition

Stage 1: In-Dealership
(June 19 – August 25, 2023)

Each of your Sales Consultants and Service Advisors will compete and showcase their Outlander PHEV presentation skills in person at their dealership. You will evaluate each participant’s presentation using scoring criteria provided by MMSCAN and determine the winner:

SALES:
Vehicle Walkaround Presentation using MiShowroom (on a tablet).

Service:
Write-Up and Active Delivery Presentation, using MiCar or a similar tool used by the dealership.

NEW FOR 2023: Only Sales Consultants who are Triple Diamond Training Certified and Service Advisors who are Diamond Training Certified will be eligible to move on to the next round of the competition.

Note: You can win a $500 gift card when you submit scorecards for 80% of all eligible Sales Consultants and Service Advisors from every dealership in the territory.

An electronic Certificate of Achievement is available for download below to be completed and presented to the In-Dealership Competition’s winning Sales Consultants and Service Advisors. An electronic version of the Scorecard is also available for you to download and print prior to completing your in-dealership visits.

Stage 2: Territory Selection
(August 28 – 31, 2023)

You will submit your TOP TWO recommendations from across your Territory for both the Sales Consultant and Service Advisor competitions to the Manager, National Dealer Training (total of FOUR recommendations). An independent panel of judges will determine the first-place winners (one Sales, one Service) from the Territory to advance to the next round.

Second place winners will be invited to compete in the Regional Semi-Finals if the first-place winner is unable to participate.

NEW FOR 2023: Second place winners will be placed into a draw for the chance to compete at the National Final Competition in October as a Wild Card Competitor.

Note: Only Sales Consultants who are Triple Diamond Training Certified and Service Advisors who are Diamond Training Certified will be eligible to move on to the next round of the competition.

Stage 3: Semi-Finals
(September 1 – 22, 2023)

Your selected Sales Consultant and Service Advisor will have the opportunity to hone their video presentation skills and submit their best 5-minute video presentations in response to a new Outlander PHEV customer.

Once all Semi-Final video submissions have been completed, an independent panel of judges will review and score each video submission, according to the criteria provided on the contest website. A total of three sales and three service semi-finalists will advance to the National Final.

NEW FOR 2023: Second place winners will be placed into a draw for the chance to compete at the National Final Competition in October as a Wild Card Competitor.

Stage 4: National Finals
(October 22 – 24, 2023)

If your Sales Consultant and/or Service Advisor places first in the Semi-Finals, they will enjoy an exciting two-night, all-expenses paid stay at the Hilton Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Make sure they are well prepared, as they will be interacting with a live customer!

Stage 1: In-Dealership Competition

Eligibility:

All Full Circle Sales Consultants must be Triple Diamond Training Certified. All Full Circle Service Advisors must be Diamond Training Certified. If participants are not training certified, they will not be eligible to advance past the In-Dealership stage of the competition and participate in the National Final in October. 

Communication:

Be sure to communicate all aspects of the Competition to your participating Sales and Service teams – before, during and after the event. Position the competition as an opportunity for participants to demonstrate their presentation skills and to display their knowledge of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.

Ensure participants have reviewed the information available on the 2023 Full Circle Competition websites and briefly review the four stages of the competition, the competition format, the rules and the awards.

Preparation:

Ensure your Sales and Service Teams (including Managers) have completed all available training and are appropriately certified. Review the Scorecards (provided in the Resources below) so that you are prepared to effectively evaluate each presentation.

The Challenge:

Ensure your Sales and Service teams have reviewed the customer videos below. To ensure fairness and consistency in the judging process, all Sales Consultant competitors will be responding to Sarah. All Service Advisors will be responding to Rohan. You will evaluate each participant’s presentation using scoring criteria provided by MMSCAN (see Scorecard available for download below) and will determine the winner at each dealership.
