Each of your Sales Consultants will compete and showcase their Outlander PHEV vehicle presentation skills in person at your dealership. To assist their efforts, consider taking on the role of the customer identified in the video below. The winner from your dealership will be selected by your District Operations Manager.
Only Sales Consultants who are Triple Diamond Training Certified will be eligible to move on to the next round of the competition.
Note: If one of your Sales Consultants advances to the National Final, you will be invited to attend the final event in Niagara Falls, Ontario!
Your District Operations Manager and an independent panel of judges will determine the top TWO walkaround presentations from across the Territory. First place winners will advance to the next round.

Be sure to communicate all aspects of the Competition to your Sales Consultants – before, during and after the event. Position the competition as an opportunity for Sales Consultants to demonstrate their presentation skills in conjunction with MiShowroom and to display their knowledge of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.
Ensure Sales Consultants have reviewed their 2023 Full Circle Competition website and briefly review the four stages of the competition, the competition format, the rules and the awards.
Ensure your Sales Team has completed all available Product Knowledge training and is Triple Diamond Training Certified. Also ensure an Outlander PHEV GT Premium is available for them to conduct their walkaround in front of your District Operations Manager.
